My joyful life revolved around my passions, every heartbeat prompted by a laugh, a kiss or a good sip of wine.
I sailed the seas all over the world, squeezing the most out of every minute and giving away my cheeky good nature to anyone who wanted to share a drink with me.
Out of all the exotic pleasures that delighted my palate, none could match the warm caresses I felt while savouring a glass of wine on that mooring I made in a secluded harbour whose location I will take to my grave.
I duelled, risking my life, I was abandoned by the most beautiful women, I lost great friends in tragic shipwrecks, but nothing so devastated my brave heart as to exhaust the reserves of that coveted wine, finding myself in the middle of the sea thousands of miles from its furtive origin.
Now, when the Levante wind combs my silver temples and perched on the foredeck I see the moon reflecting its pale face in the sea, I would like to end my days drinking calmly that sweet nectar that bears my name… UVA PIRATA!!!
These wines became famous all over the place for their smooth taste and fruity aromas that seduced all the Mediterranean pirates and corsairs.
Many say I am shameless, lively and unusual, and they are right. My taste will surprise and captivate you from the first sip. Dare to sail through a new world of sensations!
My grape is Garnacha Tinta, a variety grown in the Mediterranean area. A unique area where the winter is mild and rainy and the summer is dry and hot. I stand out for my fruity and flowery aroma, my flesh is coloured and shiny.
The great personality that characterises me is thanks to the optimum ripeness of the grapes at the time of harvesting and to a fermentation at 24ºC after a maceration for 3 days. I can present precipitations of colouring matter due to the fact that the filtration was performed a lightly so as not to diminish my organoleptic qualities.
Intense, dark red colour with a bright rim. The nose exudes aromas of black fruit, with hints of toast and English toffee from the barrel fermentation. The palate is full-bodied, full-bodied and pleasant on the palate. Leaving a long and elegant after-taste of spices.

My grape is Garnacha Blanca, originally from the Mediterranean area. It stands out for its aromas of ripe fruit, with a background of broom that confers originality. The nuances of the grape are made more evident by the natural characteristics of the land where I am grown.
Harvested before the grapes are browned by the sun to preserve the subtlety of the aromas of this white grape, they are macerated with my skins for 6 hours before being gently pressed.
Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, it has an intense aroma of red apple and pear with hints of flowers and tropical fruit. The palate is fresh and agile, with lively acidity and an aftertaste reminiscent of apple and jasmine.
